Patroni

Founded in 1984 by Rubens Augusto Júnior, from São Paulo. Initially in the Paraíso neighborhood, in São Paulo, the establishment carried out deliveries. In 2003, the pizzeria became a franchise and created a central kitchen, in São Paulo, to standardize the products. After 30 years, Patroni Pizza opened 134 units spread across the country. The chain also expanded its menu and serves pasta, drinks, snacks and executive dishes. Today, it operates in Brazil as a leader in wood-fired pizzerias, and brought its first unit to the United States, in the city of Orlando.
