CREPEFY nació en junio de 2022 a través de una idea que tuvo su fundador André Augusto al visitar París y Londres, en el viaje se dio cuenta que la crepe era un producto consumido por los europeos y que era fácil de operar y sin embargo un producto con valor agregado excelente. Por eso, en julio de 2022 decidió invitar a Dorival de oliveira (Vicepresidente de Mcdonalds Brasil) para que fuera su asesor y así continuó con el proyecto de abrir CREPEFY en Brasil, durante este período André invitó a Denis Messias a desarrollar las recetas y masas y entonces comenzaron los trabajos y luego de 6 meses de pruebas de producto, marca y experiencia, abrieron la primera unidad crepefy, el 10 de diciembre de 2022. Hoy, casi 2 años después, ya son +100 unidades confirmadas en Brasil, con más de 70 tiendas en funcionamiento y millones de reales en facturación, CREPEFY se convierte en la mayor cadena de crepes del mundo. En 2025 ya cuenta con proyectos de internacionalización para Lisboa, Madrid y Orlando.
