Café Caramello/Caramel Coffee is a pioneering Brazilian company specializing in the creation and production of coffee cream. Founded in 2012 by Cristina Pascoli in Espírito Santo, Brazil, the brand has grown through innovation and quality, expanding its operations to the United States and Europe and becoming a reference in the segment. Our Journey & Global Expansion What began in the founder’s home kitchen has evolved into an international holding company. Today, Café Caramello operates over 200 locations, including manufacturing facilities in Brazil, the United States, and Portugal, as well as a growing franchise distribution network. The company plans to open new factories in France, Dubai, and Italy by the end of 2025. Products & Innovation Our signature product is our coffee cream — a unique blend of Conilon and Arabica beans sourced from Espírito Santo. We are a franchise of autonomous markets, operating across 23 Brazilian states through our extensive network of franchisees. Our network boasts nearly 700 locations, with 400 currently active. Positioned strategically in residential condominiums, commercial buildings, and corporate offices, we are also expanding into street-level store models.
